Toleah Poplin was my agent. My situation was difficult in that I was moving from the area, 4 hours away during the sale of this home. She coordinated everything relative to repairs required after inspections, she even went to an appliance store shopping for me, and found appliances to replace those that were existing and needed to be replaced. She was invaluable. She even made periodic checks at the house during seasonal changes to adjust thermostats etc. When other sales agent would show the property and leave lights on, she would go to the house to turn them off. She even would clean up after showings when people would leave cups, etc. in house, eating while viewing the property. She would even sweep porches to remove leaves and other things after storms, etc. After I vacated the house, I had a small project to do in my garage. It involved transfer of a custom built in desk and cabinetry to be installed in my garage. She coordinated access to the house and timing of the work with the construction person involved. Toleah performed all of these tasks admirably....and as my sales agent, treated my property as it was her own. I could not have been more fortunate to have her as my agent.
